How credits work
Your organization has a minute balance. Every minute of live captioning — across every meeting — draws down that balance by one minute. There's no per-meeting quota and no expiration date on the minutes themselves.

Each pack is a one-time purchase through Stripe Checkout, from Org → Billing → Buy more credits . Buy as many as you need, whenever you need them — there's no subscription to manage or cancel.

New organizations start with 30 free captioning minutes — no credit card required to sign up or to use them.
Running low or hitting zero
You'll get an automatic email once your balance drops below 50 minutes, so you can top up before a meeting instead of during one. If your balance hits zero, starting a new recording is blocked with:
"You're out of captioning minutes. Buy more credits to keep recording — credits never expire."

Tracking usage
Org → Usage breaks down minutes consumed over time and by meeting, so you can see where minutes are going before you need to buy another pack.
